Landmine explosion kills 4 in Cambodia
Four villagers were killed and two others were wounded in a landmine explosion in northeast Cambodia's Mondulkiri province on Saturday, a mine clearance chief said.
Six persons of a family died in an explosion inside their house here on Wednesday. Several others were believed to be buried in the debris.
"Six persons have died while several others are suspected to be buried in the debris after explosives and crackers kept in a house in Datia district exploded," Superintendent of Police Irshad Wali said.
According to local residents, the explosion happened in the house of Rashid Khan.

Khan, his wife, his sister, his two sons and his niece died in the explosion. Khan's one son and a relative escaped the blast as they were at their neighbour's house.
Wali said the state government has announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh to the kin of those killed.
