People of Kerala won’t accept BJP: Pinarayi Vijayan
“The people of Kerala did not accept the BJP yesterday. They will neither accept them today nor tomorrow,” Pinarayi Vijayan said.
The presence of Shaurya Doval, son of national security adviser Ajit Doval, at a BJP state body’s working committee meeting recently in Uttarakhand has created a lot of curiosity. The director of India Foundation was in Haldwani to attend the meeting as a common BJP worker last week.
However, not many could recognise Shaurya Doval in the meet. He attended the BJP gathering as a low profile worker. The presence of Shaurya came to light when BJP leader shared his photograph on the social media. This is the second visit of junior Doval to Uttarakhand in the recent months. First time, he had come to the hills last month to participate in ‘Raibar.’
As Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, state BJP president Ajay Bhatt and other cabinet ministers participated in the one-day meeting, the entire media attention was on them only.
The social media photograph of Shaurya Doval with BJP leader Ajendra Ajay has created some insecurity among party workers eyeing Lok Sabha ticket from Pauri. Though it is early days to make any assessment of Doval’s interest in politics, but the Indian Foundation head has become active in his state these days.
National Security Advisor Ajit Doval hails from Ghidi village in Pauri district. Ajit Doval visited his native village for participating in a religious function way back in June 2015.
