The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) is offering a special package on the occasion of Karva Chauth 2018.
Guests staying in any hotel of HPTDC for two nights will be provided free stay for the third night.
A spokesperson of the HPTDC said here on Thursday an arrangement for ‘sargi’ would be made by the corporation free of cost, and the guests would be served feni, banana, milk, gulab jamun and methi.

Apart from this, he said, arg, pooja thali and karva (with rice, urad dal, dhruva, flowers, kungu) will also be provided by HPTDC without any charge.
A dinner will be served after fast is broken, which will be included in the package cost. However, other accessories required for Karva Chauth puja — dry fruits, puna, suhagi (bindi, churi, kajal, ribbon, mehndi) etc — will be arranged by HPTDC on payment basis.
“The package will be applicable at all hotels of HPTDC from 25 October to 29 October, 2018, and special instructions have been issued to take best care of the couples availing this package,” the spokesperson added.
