Rajasthan: CISF Constable killed in accidental firing
Inspector General Frontier, Headquarters, Border Security Force, Rajasthan and Force Coordinating Officer, Puneet Rastogi, said in a statement that the Constable was posted in Sikar.
A policeman was injured on Wednesday when his service rifle went off accidentally in Jammu and Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
Head constable Farooq Ahmad was injured when his rifle went off accidentally, the police said. The incident occurred at the Police Training Centre in Manigam while he was cleaning his weapon.
The injured constable was removed to a hospital.
