Rajnath to file nomination from Lucknow LS seat on 29 April
Polling for the Lucknow LS seat will be held in the fifth phase on 20 May. Nominations for the fifth phase will commence on 26 April.
The weather in Uttar Pradesh remained dry, with dense to very dense fog occurring at a few places in east UP and shallow to moderate fog at isolated places in western UP.
According to MeT department here, cold wave occurred at isolated places in eastern Uttar Pradesh.
On Saturday, day temperatures rose in Faizabad, Lucknow, Moradabad, Bareilly and Varanasi while night temperatures fell in Varanasi and Faizabad.

The lowest minimum temperature in the state was 3.2 degrees Celsius recorded at Fursatganj.
The weather is most likely to remain dry, and shallow to moderate fog is likely at isolated places in the state on January 16 and January 17, it said.
