Man’s body found in a park in Punjabi Bagh
Based on prima facie, it is suspected to be a case of murder, say police.
A youth has been shot dead in West Delhi over some personal enmity. The accused fled the spot after committing the crime.
The incident took place in the area of Rajouri Garden Police Station on Tuesday afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as Ashok (23), who used to reside at the TC Camp area located in the Raghubir Nagar. The body of the deceased has been sent for post-mortem.

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, West Delhi said that a PCR call was received about the incident on December 27 at around 12.30 pm. The caller informed that a boy has been shot multiple times by an assailant in Raghubir Nagar and is lying in critical condition at the spot.
Immediately, a police team reached the spot and rushed the victim drenched in blood to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead. He had multiple gunshot injuries over his body.
After the deceased was identified, a case of murder was registered at Rajouri Garden Police Station and investigation was taken up.

According to the police official, multiple teams have been formed to trace the accused.
