Due to track maintenance work which had been started from Monday, the Metro services on the Violet Line will be affected for a week.
A Metro official issued the update on the DMRCs official twitter account, stating: “Delhi Metro Rail Corporation will be undertaking planned track maintenance work at one of the reversal sides of trains at Kashmiri Gate metro station for a period of around one week”.
The tweet added: “Due to the maintenance work the frequency of trains on the Violet Line may witness slight variations during this period”.

The Violet Line connects Kashmiri Gate to Ballabhgarh via Faridabad in Haryana.
