A student of Delhi University has alleged that a man masturbated and tried to molest her in a moving bus. She has lodged an FIR at Vasant Vihar Police Station against the accused, who is yet to be arrested.
According to media reports, as a proof, the girl recorded the February 7 incident on camera. The girl was travelling in a bus when the incident occurred between Vasant Village and IIT Gate. She claimed that the accused was masturbating sitting next to her as he repeatedly tried to touch her. The girl also posted the video on social media.
An FIR has been filed under sections 354 (sexual harassment), 354A, and 294 (obscene act in public place) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The reports further added that the girl raised an alarm about the situation but no one came forward to help her.
While the investigation into the matter is underway, no arrest has been made.
