In a shocking incident two minor sisters were allegedly raped by their cousin on Balasore.
The incident occurred on Thursday and the minors are aged 11 and 7. The father of the victims lodged a police complaint in this regard.

The accused Santanu Patra alias Julu, 24 is the neighbour as well as cousin of the victims. He is absconding.

The local police launched a man hunt to nab him after registering a case of rape. The accused lured the two by offering chocolates and committed the crime.
He threatened them with murder if they complained to anyone. The two minors were shocked and did not tell their parents till the pain and trauma was noticed by the parents who then enquired and made them reveal the horrifying ordeal. A case under section 376 of IPC and POCSO, has been registered.
