According to the latest notification, “Management Trainees will be absorbed in Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM) I as Deputy Manager, after successful completion of one year of traineeship in the Bank. The current CTC of Deputy Manager is Rs. 13.20 lakh per annum approximately.”
Required academic qualification:
- The applicant should possess master’s degree in Business Management.
- Chartered Accountants can also apply for the above posts.
Note: All the applicants should have a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks in graduation and post-graduation.
Age limit:
- The General category candidates should not be more than 25 years old.
- The SC/ ST category candidates should not be more than 30 years old.
- The OBC candidates should not be more than 28 years old.
