Mirza Ghalib uttered these lines around the mid1800s after visiting the then capital of British India for the first time. This great Urdu poet of India then added something about that city which still holds true.
The highlight of the evening cultural event was Bansuri – a dance drama adapted from Geet Govindam.
On Saturday KPC Medical College celebrated their 17th Founder’s Day and the birthday of the founder chairman Dr K P Chaudhuri. The day saw numerous colourful programmes like Falguni Sova Yatra, declaration of medical and academic achievements of 2023-24.

Dr K P Chaudhuri, who is an illuminary Bengali with many feathers in his cap, including Shrestha Bangali, expressed his desire to continue serving the entire community with his philanthropic works like KPC Medical College and many more here and in USA.
