He expressed confidence that Uttar Pradesh will continue to make its best contribution to nation-building under the Prime Minister’s leadership.

The Chief Minister wrote, “Under the Prime Minister’s successful leadership, Uttar Pradesh has emerged as a unique blend of faith and economy. The consecration of Ram Lalla at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya, the successful redevelopment of Kashi Vishwanath Dham, and the guiding principle of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas’ have given a new direction, new momentum, and renewed confidence to India’s development over the last 12 years. The nation has set new benchmarks in service, security, good governance, and prosperity. Inspired by this vision, Uttar Pradesh has also achieved unprecedented success in public welfare, good governance, and inclusive development, playing a leading role in realising the vision of a Viksit Bharat.”

CM Yogi wrote, “Welfare schemes being implemented under the Prime Minister’s inspiring leadership have benefited crores of citizens in Uttar Pradesh. More than 3 crore toilets have been constructed in the state under the Swachh Bharat Mission, while around 65 lakh families have received permanent houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, nearly 10 crore eligible citizens have received Swasthya Suraksha Kavach (health coverage). Around 15 crore people are receiving free ration through the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana and the National Food Security Act. The Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana has freed 1.86 crore women from smoke-filled kitchens, while more than 3 crore farmers in the state have received direct financial assistance through the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi. The Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, Soil Health Card, Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana, and other farmer-centric programmes have made significant contributions to increasing agricultural production, productivity, and farmers’ income.”

The Chief Minister wrote, “Under the Prime Minister’s guidance, Uttar Pradesh has achieved notable success in employment and skill development. More than 9 lakh youth have been recruited into government services through a transparent and fair process under Mission Rozgar. At the same time, 25 lakh youth have received training and placement aligned with industry requirements through skill development programmes. Investment-driven industrial growth, MSMEs, ODOP, startup initiatives, and self-employment schemes have created more than 3 crore employment and self-employment opportunities in the state, making youth a key partner in Uttar Pradesh’s development journey.”

The Chief Minister wrote, “Under the Prime Minister’s visionary leadership, Uttar Pradesh has emerged as a leading state in modern infrastructure development. The Delhi-Meerut 12-lane Expressway, Delhi-Meerut Namo Bharat (RRTS), the country’s first inland waterway, the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors passing through Uttar Pradesh, and modern rail services such as Vande Bharat and Namo Bharat have taken the state’s connectivity to new heights. Today, Uttar Pradesh has established itself as the country’s ‘Expressway State’ because of its world-class network of expressways. The development of Smart Cities, modern airports, metro projects, logistics networks, and industrial corridors has accelerated investment, trade, tourism, and industrial activity, taking the state’s economy to new heights.”

The Chief Minister wrote, “The establishment of the Rule of Law in Uttar Pradesh has been inspired by the Prime Minister’s vision. Today, the state is known for being free from mafias, riots, and fear. Traders, investors, women, and industrialists feel secure. Improved law and order and an investment-friendly environment have made Uttar Pradesh one of the country’s most attractive investment destinations. As a result, the state’s economy has nearly tripled compared to 2017. Per capita income has also nearly tripled, while the unemployment rate has declined from around 18 per cent to about 3 per cent. Uttar Pradesh is moving rapidly towards the goal of becoming a one-trillion-dollar economy and is playing a leading role in building a Viksit Bharat.”

The Chief Minister also wrote, “On this proud occasion, Uttar Pradesh once again expresses its confidence that under the Prime Minister’s inspiring leadership and continuous guidance, the state will continue to work with full dedication and commitment towards building a Viksit Uttar Pradesh in line with the vision of a Viksit Bharat, and will continue to make its best contribution to nation-building.”
