Ambarish Bhattacharya speaks out

Taking to social media, Ambarish addressed the silence that had many people wondering. “Over the past few days, many viewers and my colleagues have been wondering why I haven’t made any statement regarding the tragic incident involving Rahul, and why I was not present at his final journey,” he wrote.

He explained that he simply was not in the right mental state to comment or appear publicly.

“Finally, today, I have been able to give these interviews. Please read them and see if you find the answers to your questions,” he added.

Where was he on that fateful day?

Clarifying the circumstances, Ambarish revealed that on the day of the tragedy, he had already left the location after completing his shoot for ‘Bholebaba Paar Karega’ at Talsari beach.

By the time he learned about Rahul’s death, he was nowhere near the scene.

“The news left me emotionally shattered,” he said. “It was extremely difficult for me to attend the final rites or any public gatherings.”
