Opting to bat after losing the toss, Australia piled up a mammoth 409/7 in 50 overs.

After an early breakthrough saw Phoebe Litchfield depart for 14, Healy stitched a 104-run stand with Georgia Voll (62 off 42 balls), who brought up her fifty before falling to Sneh Rana.

Healy was in dominant touch throughout. She reached her half-century in 49 balls and accelerated to a century in just 76 deliveries. The skipper’s final ODI knock ended at 158 off 98 balls when she was bowled by Rana in the 37th over.

Beth Mooney then anchored the final phase superbly, compiling an unbeaten 106. She reached her fifty in 54 balls and her century in 82 deliveries, ensuring Australia crossed the 400-run mark.

India’s chase falters

India’s reply never gained momentum. Smriti Mandhana fell for a duck early, and though Pratika Rawal (27) and Jemimah Rodrigues (42 off 29 balls) attempted a rebuild, regular wickets stalled progress.

Ashleigh Gardner removed Rodrigues, triggering a collapse. Harmanpreet Kaur, Harleen Deol, Richa Ghosh and Kashvee Gautam fell in quick succession, leaving India reeling at 137/7.

Deepti Sharma (29) and Sneh Rana (44) added a fighting 63-run partnership for the eighth wicket, but Alana King returned to break the stand before Georgia Wareham wrapped up the innings at 224 in 45.1 overs.

Australia’s dominant win sealed a 3-0 ODI series sweep and strengthened their position in the multi-format contest. Healy’s farewell century and King’s decisive spell underlined the gulf between the two sides in the 50-over leg.
