Daldal Teaser: Bhumi Pednekar is back, but this time, she is trading rom-com smiles for blood-soaked streets in Prime Video’s upcoming series, ‘Daldal’. The first teaser dropped on Friday morning, and let’s just say, it is not for the faint-hearted. A stark warning flashes right at the start: “Viewer discretion advised.” And after seeing it, you’ll know why.
The 60-second teaser is a whirlwind of violence and tension. Bhumi plays DCP Rita Ferreira, a sharp, no-nonsense Mumbai Crime Branch officer tracking a chilling, sadistic killer.

The teaser doesn’t waste time on dialogues. Instead, it dives straight into a montage of gruesome murders. And then there are horrifying disfigurements, shocking gore that will make your jaw drop.

Set in the heart of Mumbai, ‘Daldal’ follows Rita Ferreira as she faces ruthless killer in a deadly game of cat and mouse. Bhumi leads a cast that includes Samara Tijori and Aditya Rawal, bringing fresh intensity to the small screen.
Based on Vish Dhamija’s bestselling novel ‘Bhendi Bazaar’, ‘Daldal’ is produced by Abundantia Entertainment and crafted into a series by Suresh Triveni. Vikram Malhotra and Triveni helm the production, while direction comes from Amrit Raj Gupta. The writing team includes Triveni, Sreekanth Agneeaswaran, Rohan D’Souza, Priya Saggi, and Hussain Haidry.
