The right-angled triangular flag hoisted atop the Ram Temple measures 10 feet in height and 20 feet in length. It bears the image of a radiant Sun, which symbolises the brilliance and valour of Bhagwan Shri Ram. ‘Om’ has been inscribed on the flag along with the image of the Kovidara tree. The sacred saffron flag conveys a message of dignity, unity, and cultural continuity.
As the flag was slowly raised, a visibly emotional PM Modi was seen joining his hands and offering prayers to the Almighty.
