“In the first phase of the elections, the people of Bihar gave the people of Jungle Raj a ‘65-volt jhatka,’” he remarked.
Taking a swipe at ‘Rangdaar’ row, he said,“What the RJD people want to do for the children of Bihar is clearly evident in their election campaigns. Just listen to the songs and slogans of these Jungle Raj people, you will shudder at what they think and say. On RJD platforms, innocent children are being made to say that they want to become ‘rangdaar’ (criminals),” he said.

The Prime Minister asserted that the children of Bihar would not become “rangdaar” but would instead become engineers, doctors, advocates, or judges.
“Should a child from Bihar become a rangdaar or a doctor? A child from Bihar will now become not a rangdaar, but an engineer, doctor, advocate, and judge in the court,” he added.

He emphasised that there is no place in Bihar for those who say “hands up,” but rather for those who dream of startups. “Now there is no place in Bihar for those who say ‘hands up.’ Now, Bihar needs those who dream of starting their own startups. We are giving books, computers, and laptops into the hands of children. To help them excel in sports, we are providing bats, hockey sticks, footballs, and volleyballs,” the Prime Minister said.

He accused the opposition of promoting a culture of violence and extortion, contrasting it with the NDA’s focus on education, startups, and development. Meanwhile, during his election rally in Bettiah, PM Modi raised the slogan, “Nahi chahiye katta sarkaar, phir ek baar Nitish sarkaar.”
At the same rally, he added, “In the first phase of elections, you have broken all records — you have broken all records since independence.”
