Delhi’s Social Welfare Minister Ravinder Indraj on Monday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a ‘Developed India–2047’ is not just a government plan, but a collective national resolution of 1.4 billion citizens.
He said that the participation of the youth will certainly help the resolve of a developed India- 2047.

Addressing the students at Delhi University’s Aditi College during a special program as part of the ongoing service fortnight, Indraj emphasized that under PM’s leadership the Delhi government will accomplish the goal of a ‘Viksit Delhi’ through the empowerment of the underprivileged and persons with disabilities, with active public participation.
The minister commended the students who donated blood, calling it is the greatest service to humanity and urging the youth to take a lead in this noble cause.
He also appreciated the science models made by the students on water conservation and other green initiatives, encouraging everyone to protect the environment.
The minister highlighted that the country has become a global leader in solar energy with a production capacity of 100 GW.
Praising the creativity and social awareness displayed in the street play on the theme Developed India and social issues, he urged continued contributions to the Drug-Free India campaign.
He appealed to all to actively participate in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, take part in the “One Tree in Mother’s Name” campaign, and help turn the drug-free movement into a mass people’s movement to provide a healthy and safe environment for future generations.
Indraj stated that, in line with PM’s vision of a “Divyang-Empowered, Capable India,” Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has gifted the Atal Drishti Hostel in Timarpur for visually impaired college-going girls and the Atal Asha Home in Narela for persons with mental disabilities during the ongoing ‘Seva Pakhwada.’
He also assured the students that the Delhi government is ensuring timely and full benefits of scholarships for SC, ST, and OBC students.
