A minor, who, along with two others, was allegedly involved in a firing incident that happened in Dwarka on Monday night, was apprehended by the Delhi Police’s Special Cell on Thursday.
The police mentioned that the suspect was held in Haryana’s Jind, and he was one of the three attackers who fired at the victim, Mohit. On Monday, three attackers in Dwaraka allegedly shot at Mohit, bringing the matter to light.

With this information, an FIR was registered, and the officers initiated an investigation. A senior officer in his statement mentioned that, during the initial investigation into this case, the CCTV footage of the area was meticulously analysed.
Adding to his statement further, he said, “The footage revealed that one of the attackers, who is at large, was wearing a white scarf around his neck, and these boys were conducting reconnaissance around the crime scene.”
“The second footage showed that two other attackers, including the minor, were conducting reconnaissance of the crime scene,” the officer further added.
While probing, the police have also taken into custody the person who allegedly sold the bikes used in the commission of the crime to the attackers. During the ongoing investigation, the team is also conducting raids in Rohtak, Jind, Jhajjar, Najafgarh, and the surrounding areas.
The officer stated, “We have partially tracked the movement of the suspect through their forward route. Our team has also ascertained their identities, and one minor boy has been apprehended in this case.”
“One of the attackers has been identified as Raman, and the other is a juvenile,” he mentioned in his statement.
Police are currently interrogating him to gather information about his accomplices and the source of the weapons.
