Trinamool Congress leader Abhishek Banerjee on Saturday paid tribute to the brave soldiers who fought valiantly during the Kargil War. On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Banerjee took to his WhatsApp channel to express his reverence for the soldiers who defended the nation with unwavering resolve.

“Some victories are not just won on battlefields, they are etched into the soul of a nation. On Kargil Vijay Diwas, we bow in reverence to the valiant soldiers of the Indian Army. With unparalleled courage, they defended our nation with unwavering resolve. Today, we honour their supreme sacrifice and salute the enduring strength of their families,” Banerjee said in his post.
