After Gully Boy, Super 30 brings story of streets carefully moulded to make it saleable

Hrithik Roshan’s much-awaited film Super 30‘s trailer is out. Featuring him as the genius mathematician from Bihar who starts an educational program for an underprivileged section of society, the film’s narrative is gripping.

It also starrs Pankaj Tripathi and Aditya Srivastava in pivotal roles. The trailer of the film, like Zoya Akhtar’s 2019 release Gully Boy, addresses the issue of class barriers through a small town story in Bihar.

Based on a true story, Hrithik plays the pioneer bridging the class divide through education. To see the mainstream Hindi film industry adapt a topic of this kind onto the screen is commendable.

A couple of days ago, Vikas Bahl was cleared of charges of sexual assault by an internal committee of Reliance Entertainment and given credits for the film. Super 30 will be in news surrounding this controversy till its release.

Meanwhile, Hrithik fans have been sharing the trailer and appreciating the star for bringing such a story to the fore.

Hrithik was earlier appreciated in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish for portraying a magician-turned-RJ, who is quadriplegic fighting for euthanasia.

Super 30 is slated to release on 12th July 2019.
