Jammu and Kashmir: Army’s rescue operation in flood-hit Rajouri saves 11 civilians
Among the 11 rescued persons, five were children. They were stranded at different places in the flood-affected district following incessant rainfall.

The Army said on Tuesday that it has busted a militant hideout in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district and recovered some arms and ammunition from there.
The hideout was in Choti Bati area of Mendhar sector, Defence Ministry sources said.

The Army has recovered one AK-47 rifle with four magazines and 282 rounds of ammunition, besides one Chinese pistol and one rocket propelled grenade.
