Ex TMC minister Manas Bhunia granted interim protection by Calcutta High Court in job-for-cash case

In a latest development to the Unitech home buyers cheating case, a court here on Monday granted three months' interim bail to Unitech Managing Directors Sanjay Chandra and Ajay Chandra.
Sanjay Chandra and Ajay Chandra were arrested by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Delhi Police on 31 March for allegedly cheating home buyers.

The two are accused of duping buyers who had booked flats in Unitech’s Greater Noida residential project.

Home buyers alleged that Unitech did not complete the project on time and did not refund their money along with interest.
