BJP accepts K Annamalai’s resignation; speculation grows over future plans

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday appointed party spokesperson Anil Baluni as the national head of its media department.
Baluni would replace Shrikant Sharma, who is now Uttar Pradesh Power Minister.

The BJP has also appointed Bihar MLC Sanjay Mayukh as co-head of the media department.

"BJP President Amit Shah has appointed Anil Baluni as BJP national media head and Sanjay Mayukh as sub-head," party General Secretary Arun Singh said in a statement.
