The latest social media sensation– YouTuber Dhinchak Pooja is back to what she does best– churn out cringe-worthy songs with equally ludicrous videos and her latest track called 'Dilon ka Shooter' is no different. The song and the video is everything that you would dread while you surf your YouTube feed for Dhinchak Pooja is clearly inspired by Theodore Roosevelt's lines that each time we face our fear; we gain strength, courage, and confidence. 

Dhinchak Pooja takes pride in being the nightmare of every music lover and is happy being called the queen of cringe pop, a genre that has surreptitiously made its way to the music industry. And Dhinchak Pooja is not the only one; in fact she is often called the Indian equivalent of Pakistani Tahir Shah, who made waves on YouTube while crooning ‘Mankind’s angel’, a song that truly tortured the mankind.

Born in Uttar Pradesh, Dhinchak Pooja was known as Pooja Jain before she coined her pseudonym. She has done her schooling from Uttar Pradesh and is currently pursuing her graduation from Delhi’s IP University. Her rise to fame was no less dramatic than her music-deprived videos, her first ever cringe pop ‘Swag Wali Topi’, where she utters the same phrase over 50 times, got 2.5 million views on YouTube.

What brought her into the limelight was her utter distasteful rendition in her second song– ‘Selfie Maine Le Li Aaj', which became a massive rage on the internet and has so far got over a whopping 17 million views on YouTube. In the video she is seen sitting atop luxury cars and lip syncing the same line — "selfie maine le li aaj" repeatedly.

In spite of the flawed intonation, Pooja has a huge fanbase on social media and her Facebook page alone has over 1 lakh likes.

Recently, "on public demand", Dhinchak Pooja has released her new song ‘Dilon Ka Shooter, Hai mera scooter’. In the video, she is seen riding a red scooter and not surprisingly she is crooning the same line over and over again.  

Last checked, the video has garnered close to half a million views in just 20 hours of its release and at this rate it will surely overtake "Selfie maine le li aaj" soon.

With every song of her becoming an internet sensation and earning her lakhs of rupees, it seems there's no stopping Dhinchak Pooja in the near future. All the music lovers out there, brace yourselves for more Dhinchaks and Tahir's!
