Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was recently seen consoling his Happy New Year co-actor Deepika Padukone, after reading out a letter from her mother.
Deepika recently appeared on SRK’s show Baatein with the Baadshah, where the latter was seen reading out a letter of Deepika’s mother, which had all emotional things written about the Bollywood damsel.
Deepika’s mother Ujjala wrote that she is not a star for her, but is the simple daughter Deepika Padukone who likes to keep her house spic and span. She also wrote that Deepika has gone through a lot of hardships to achieve success, and is grounded even after fame touched her feet.

Shah Rukh Khan keeps reading the letter, and at last shows a picture of the mother daughter duo to Deepika.
A gentleman as he is, Shah Rukh Khan then got up from the couch to wipe off tears from Deepika’s face.
Deepika started her career with the film Om Shanti Om opposite Shah Rukh Khan and has come a long way in her career. She is one of the most sought after actresses in the industry.
The actress was also seen in the Hollywood film xXx: Return of Xander Cage opposite Vin Diesel.
