Bangladesh HSC Results 2018: Here is a good news for candidates waiting to check their BD HSC Results 2018. According to information, the Bangladesh Education Board will declare the results of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations online on the official website i.e. www.educationboard.gov.bd around 2 PM.

Once the results are announced, the candidates waiting for their BD HSC results 2018 can visit the official website and fill in the blank space with the required information such as roll number, registration number, board name and others to see how they have fared.

In 2018, about 13.20 lakh candidates applied for BD HSC examination 2018, of which 6.54 lakh were boys and 5.64 lakh were girls. According to reports, the examination had been conducted for admissions in about 8,305 institutions in Bangladesh under 10 Education Boards — Dhaka board, Comilla board, Jessore board, Chittagong board, Barisal board, Sylhet board, Dinajpur board, Rajshahi board and others.

The BD HSC 2018 examination took place at examination centres across the country from April 2, 2018 to May 23, 2018.

As per reports, BD education board manager Sujan Mahmud had hinted that the BD HSC Results 2018 might be announced online on July 19 but no official confirmation has been made on the official website yet. The Bangladesh HSC Results 2018 will be declared in the presence of Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

In 2017, BD HSC board results had come out on 25 July. While Dhaka education board had seen a pass percentage of 69.74 per cent, Comilla saw 49.52 per cent pass percentage, Jessore 70.02 per cent, Chittagong 61.09 per cent, Barisal 70.28 per cent, Sylhet 72.00 per cent, Dinajpur 65.44 per cent and Rajshahi 71.30 per cent.

Steps to check Bangladesh HSC Results 2018 online:

– Log on to the official website Education Board Results Gov BD i.e. www.educationboard.gov.bd

– Select the examination, year from the available tabs

– Select the BD education board

– Fill in the blank space with information including roll number, registration number, date of birth.

– Submit the details online and result will be appear on the screen.

Candidates are advised to take a printout of the exam results and keep it for records.

Due to the huge number of visitors on the official website, candidates are already finding it difficult to access www.educationboard.gov.bd for their BD Results 2018. They are advised to stay calm and try to refresh the Bangladesh result website after a while.
