The World Skill Center (WSC), Bhubaneswar, on Friday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the World Trade Center (WTC) Bhubaneswar to strengthen international industry linkages and create global career opportunities for skilled youth from Odisha.
The awareness programme was organised by IFI Foundation around Menstrual Hygiene Day 2026 under the global theme of building a period-friendly world.
Attending the inaugural ceremony, Binita Senapati, Joint Director, Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, encouraged the students to acquire practical skills and highlighted the importance of vocational education.
