Unified Payment Interface (UPI) transactions witnessed a month-on-month (MoM) increase in July in terms of volume, closing at 19.47 billion. In June, the transactions were at 18.40 billion.
As of now, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), which operates UPI, hasn’t issued an official statement regarding the outage.
Data from the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) said it processed 1,117.13 million transactions in April, a 9 per cent month-on-month decline in volume from 1,230.04 million transactions handled in March.
