In a move aimed at improving traffic flow and air quality in the national capital, the Delhi Government has approved the clearance of its pending share for land acquisition related to the Eastern and Western Peripheral Expressways.
The advisory outlined the arrangements and major routes in the national capital closed from July 21 to July 23 to ensure smooth traffic movement along with public safety.
Underlining the importance of seamless traffic flow with least manual intervention for enforcement and challans, VK Saxena said it will not only ensure less hassles to commuters and prevent corruption, but also mitigate the problem of traffic pile-up.
