This marks the fourth arrest in the case, since Sunday afternoon after the body of the minor girl was recovered from a pond in the Suryapur area in Baruipur.
Suvendu Adhikari met the bereaved family at the SP office and assured them that the administration would ensure a fair and time-bound investigation.
