IGNOU signs MoU with MSDE to launch skill centres across India
The MoU was signed at Kaushal Bhawan, New Delhi, on 9 December in the presence of Prof. Uma Kanjilal, Vice Chancellor, IGNOU; Debashree Mukherjee, Secretary, MSDE; and other senior officials of both institutions.
