Acting against the Chief Education Officer (CEO) who triggered a controversy by barring teachers from using social media, the Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday removed Bashir Ahmad Shah from the post of CEO Baramulla and attached him to the office of Directorate of School Education Kashmir.
According to officials of the School Education Department, 450 candidates were selected on posts reserved for disabled candidates under the Contractual Teacher Class-III recruitment process.
In the case of private schools, it has also been sent to the authorities of those schools. Private schools have also agreed to the decision.
