Sukhu informed that the state government had sanctioned ₹534.36 lakh for the project and assured that additional funds would be provided, if required, to ensure its timely completion.
All three were subsequently admitted to the New Life Foundation rehab centre in Goalpara district in Assam.
The state-of-the-art drug de-addiction cum rehabilitation center will be established with the support of the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS).
He said the Authority is working on the model deaddiction and rehabilitation centre, for which Rs 30 lakh has been allocated from the state budget.
