Addressing the joint sitting of Parliament, she said “Today, these reforms have made India's banking sector one of the strongest banking sectors in the world.”
Only healthy people create a healthy society and a healthy nation is built on the foundation of a healthy society, she said inaugurating a two-day homeopathic symposium, organised by the Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy on the occasion of World Homoeopathy Day.
The President also inaugurated an exhibition of tribal costumes, jewelry and food items on the occasion.
Addressing the third convocation of the Central University of Jharkhand at Ranchi, Murmu told the youth to play an important role in building the society and country.
Addressing the 107th Annual Day and convocation ceremony of Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC), she said, “The gap between the physical, digital and biological realms is shrinking due to the 4th Industrial Revolution.
President Murmu said this while inaugurating the Aadi Mahotsav 2024 at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in New Delhi.
The President stated this while welcoming visiting Bangladesh Foreign Minister Hasan Mahmud at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Speaking on the occasion, Murmu called the Mela a celebration of India's cultural diversity.
In her address, President Murmu said India and France are on a shared journey to the future and added that the two nations are building a future that matters to the people of both nations, especially the youth.
