The Court also issued notice to CBI on bail moved by 51-year-old Sisodia and listed the matter for March 10.
Sisodia was given five-day CBI custody in the Excise Police case which ended on Saturday and he was brought back to the court.
Security Forces were deployed outside the CBI headquarters, as the agency produce Sisodia before a local court.
Manish Sisodia in his bail petition in a trial court stated that no fruitful purpose would be served keeping him in custody as all the recoveries have already been made.
