Mahindra Logistics Ltd informed the stock exchange on Monday that it has posted a wider net loss of Rs 9.44 crore on sequential basis in the first quarter (Q1) of FY26, as compared to a loss of Rs 5.29 crore in the previous quarter (Q4 FY25).
Mahindra Logistics Ltd (MLL) informed the stock exchange in a filing on Friday that its board of directors has approved raising Rs 750 crore through a rights issue.

Shares of Mahindra Logistics Ltd at the BSE closed at Rs 261.50 on Thursday as compared to the previous close of Rs 263.85.
