JSW Cement Incurs Rs 1,356-Crore Loss In Q1 FY26 Due To Conversion Of CCPS
The company has attributed the loss to a one-off charge related to the conversion of Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) into regular equity shares.
Mahindra Logistics Ltd informed the stock exchange on Monday that it has posted a wider net loss of Rs 9.44 crore on sequential basis in the first quarter (Q1) of FY26, as compared to a loss of Rs 5.29 crore in the previous quarter (Q4 FY25).

Mahindra Logistics Ltd informed the stock exchange on Monday that it has posted a wider net loss of Rs 9.44 crore on sequential basis in the first quarter (Q1) of FY26, as compared to a loss of Rs 5.29 crore in the previous quarter (Q4 FY25).
This is despite the company’s revenue from operations rising to Rs 1,624.59 crore in Q1, by 3.54 per cent from Rs 1,569.51 crore in the previous quarter. Its total income saw a growth of 3.69% on a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, touchin Rs 1,629.66 crore, as compared to Rs 1,571.68 crore in Q4 FY25.

However, the total expenses during the quarter grew at a faster pace and rose by 4.12% to Rs 1,635.44 crore from Rs 1,570.75 crore in the previous quarter.

The increase in expenses was mainly due to higher operating costs and employee benefits, according to the stock exchange filing.
The company’s operating expenses stood at Rs 1,407.4 crore, while employee costs were Rs 104.48 crore. Finance cost and depreciation amounted to Rs 22.53 crore and Rs 64.57 crore respectively. Other expenses were at Rs 36.46 crore.
The company is part of the Mahindra group, operating under Mahindra Partners, which is the group’s private equity arm. The company provides supply chain and enterprise mobility solutions to over 400 corporate clients across sectors such as automotive, engineering, consumer goods, and e-commerce.
