The Enforcement Directorate (ED), on Thursday, arrested former Rajasthan minister for PHED Mahesh Joshi in the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) scam.
The Governor designate of Assam G C Kataria (BJP) also resigned as an MLA. Kataria was the Leader of Opposition in the House.
"On the basis of a complaint of rape by a woman, zero FIR has been registered at Sadar Bazaar Police station. The woman has alleged that a man raped her on the pretext of marriage. FIR to be transferred to Rajasthan for investigation,"
