Uttarakhand becomes first state to Abolish Madarsa Board, introduces Minority Education Act 2025

The Chief Minister added, “An authority will be constituted under the Act for granting recognition to minority educational institutions. The Governor’s approval has paved the way for this legislation, which will make the state’s education system more transparent, accountable, and qualitative.”
