Justice Lingappa Narayana Swamy, Justice Sanjay Yadav, and Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi were named judicial members of Lokpal through a Rashtrapati Bhavan communique issued this evening.
Justice Subramonium Prasad had, on January 22, refused to intervene in the proceedings deeming Soren's petition challenging the Lokpal proceedings and the complaint as premature.
However, there has been no official confirmation of the claim from the anti-corruption body.

Kharge also alleged that the government and its ministers have repeatedly used his refusal to attend the meetings as a special invitee as an 'excuse for not appointing a Lokpal over the last five years'.
On January 4, the apex court had directed the Centre to place on affidavit the steps for Lokpal's appointment and had expressed its displeasure over the tardy progress made in this regard.
The 81-year-old social activist was on an indefinite fast since January 30 over his demands for the formation of Lokpal at the Centre and Lokayuktas in the states.
He said the government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi "is only misleading the people of the country and leading the country to autocracy" and added that the BJP-led Maharashtra government was speaking "lies" over the past four years.
Attacking the Modi government he said, “Lokpal kanoon bankar 5 saal hogaye aur Narendra Modi sarkar 5 saal baad, baar baar bahanebaazi karti hai. Ye Narendra Modi sarkar ke dil mein agar hota toh kya 5 saal lagna zaruri tha?"
