Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Sunday underscored the importance of collective efforts, innovation and citizen participation in achieving the vision of “Viksit Bharat 2047”, asserting that entrepreneurship and nation-building must move forward together to ensure inclusive and sustainable development.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Thursday launched the inaugural issue of Vidhan-Chetna, the quarterly journal of the Delhi Legislative Assembly, along with the release of the Proceedings of the Central Legislative Assembly (1924-1930) published across 89 volumes.

Backing Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) women MPs on Tuesday demanded “the strongest possible action” against Opposition MPs over the February 4 incident, when Opposition women MPs reportedly “surrounded the Prime Minister’s seat” ahead of his arrival during the Motion of Thanks on the President’s address.
