Singer Maithili Thakur is helping the BJP connect with people in the Mithilanchal region, and Mangal Pandey is seen as a reliable leader in Siwan.
Meanwhile, BJP has also declared the names of 39 candidates for the 230-seat Madhya Pradesh Assembly.
