The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) audit report for 2024-25, presented in the Kerala Legislative Assembly on Tuesday, exposed severe financial mismanagement by the previous LDF government.

The Kerala High Court on Tuesday stayed a show-cause notice issued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board( KIIFB) relating to the utilisation of funds raised through Masala Bonds.
The KIIFB, in its petition, contended that there are no curbs on spending the funds for purchasing land for infrastructure development and that everything is being done in adherence with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) norms.
