Kerala govt decides to introduce nativity card to address citizenship concerns

Announcing the decision at a press conference in Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that the Cabinet had decided to introduce the nativity card as a new identification document to prove that a person is a resident of the state.
