Kapil Sangwan Gang member arrested in Jhajjar murder case

According to the police, the accused, 35-year-old Harish Saini from Nihal Vihar in Delhi, was wanted in connection with the murder of Sandeep, also known as Bablu, a resident of Ladpur village in Jhajjar.
