The Indian Consulate General in Jeddah has set up a camp office in the Indian Haj Pilgrims Office, Madinah, for extending assistance to the families of the Indian Umrah pilgrims who died in a bus accident.

Earlier on Monday, a total of 186 Indians from strife-torn Sudan arrived in Kochi under Operation Kaveri on the 9th outbound flight.
As a ceasefire has been called in Sudan, several countries, including India, are attempting to evacuate their citizens from a conflict-ridden nation.
