At the event, members of the industry expressed that the inaugural forum was a significant step forward in promoting economic cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region.
India, the US and 12 other IPEF partner countries have signed the first Supply Chain Resilience Agreement aimed at strengthening global supply chains.
During his visit, Goyal will hold bilateral meetings with US Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo, US Trade Representative Katherine Tai and ministers from other IPEF partner countries.
