VHP Kerala State General Secretary Anil Vilayil submitted the complaint to the Kerala Police Director General of Police (DGP) and the Poovar SHO, requesting an investigation under the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
