The speculation comes amidst the multiple social media handles posting videos and pictures of blasts at the Kirana Hills, located in Sargoda district of Pakistan's Punjab province, during Operation Sindoor.
"India unequivocally rejects these false claims being spread by Pakistan," IAF Wing Commander Vyomika Singh said during a press briefing on Saturday.
India-Pakistan News Updates: The Indian Armed Forces are maintaining a high state of alert, and all such aerial threats are being tracked and engaged using counter-drone systems.
The Indian Army said that the drones were effectively being engaged.
